Steve Longi is a veteran feature film and television producer with over 20 years of experience. He’s produced 14 feature films and has worked with an array of talented stars such as Robert Downey, Jr., Sigourney Weaver, Rooney Mara, Whoopi Goldberg, Kat Dennings, Zach Galifianakis, Justin Long, Bob Saget, Rebel Wilson, Anton Yelchin, and Ray Liotta, just to name a few. Longi is credited with setting up and co-producing the Academy Award-winning film, “Hacksaw Ridge”, directed by Mel Gibson, starring Andrew Garfield. The film was nominated for six Academy Awards and won two. Longi recently published the book “The Birth of Hacksaw Ridge” through Pacific Press publishing, which details the early years of private Desmond T. Doss. Longi has produced numerous film and tv projects including the Emmy Award-nominated movie “Prayers For Bobby”, starring Sigourney Weaver, for the lifetime movie network. The film was one of the highest-rated cable movies in the history of the network. Longi produced and also directed the Netflix comedy special “Willie Barcena: The Truth Hurts”. His other credits include dimension’s “Youth in Revolt” (Michael Cera, Zach Galifianakis, Ray Liotta, Justin Long). Disney’s “Double Take” (Eddie Griffin, Orlando Jones, Garcelle Beauvais), and “Match” (Patrick Stewart, Carla Gugino).
